Fotografie z cyklu Process of the construction odnoszą się do napięć pomiędzy porządkiem i chaosem. Wykonywane były na placach budowy – specyficznych miejscach, gdzie łatwo da się zaobserwować stan „pomiędzy”: pozorny chaos, z którego w zaplanowanym procesie wyłoni się ustalony wcześniej porządek.
Nie są to jednak oczywiste fotografie miejsc, a raczej poszukiwanie i ustalanie własnego porządku poprzez fotograficzny gest wyłączenia pewnych obiektów czy płaszczyzn z kontekstu miejsca. Nie jest to jednak gest ostateczny, gdyż ustalany przezeń ład również podlega dekonstruującym lub zaburzającym harmonię przekształceniom. Cykl ten nawiązuje również do natury obrazu fotograficznego jako takiego, który choć wyjściowo związany z czymś, co nazywano kiedyś rzeczywistością, podlega nieustannym zmianom na każdym etapie swojego istnienia. Proces (de)konstrukcji trwa nieprzerwanie.

Photographs from the series Process of the construction regard tensions between order and chaos. They were taken on construction sites – specific places, where a kind of in-between state can be easily observed: a seeming chaos, from which a certain order will be established in a carefully planed process, that will replace some previous order.
However, these are not obvious pictures of those sites, rather an effect of a personal search and establishing my own order through a photographical gesture of excluding some objects from the context of a place. It’s not a permanent, ultimate gesture though, because it is also changed by further manipulations, deconstructing or distorting harmony. The process of (de)construction is never over.
